At the start of lockdown in the Spring I began running a weekly mindful writing session on Zoom. I’ve always found writing calming and I hoped to share that with others and provide a little period of quiet creativity in these difficult times.
The group has grown to include people from all over the country as well as people who are based more locally. Being inherently pretty modest it’s hard for me to talk about how well it’s gone so I’ll hand over to a couple of the group to say how they’ve found the sessions:

I run sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays, both at 6.30pm for 40 minutes. Sessions cost £5 (although there’s an option to pay for 4 sessions in advance for £16). No writing experience is required.
